HEALTH/WELLNESS COACHING: WHERE IT ALL BEGINS
All Team Members receive information and one-on-one assistance to get started and learn how to become healthy. You and your coach will discuss your goals, and you will receive action steps to achieve them. Your coach will see how you progress toward your goals and help you stay on track. The ultimate goal is to get you towards a customized workout program and diary tracking; however, your coach must first help you overcome your hurdles. At 2BEpic, your coach wants to see your ultimate success. Wellness coaching is the first step. Your coach, Jodi Watkins, is on a mission
to do what it takes to get you where you want to be, physically and mentally.
What is Health/Wellness Coaching, AND HOW IS 2BEpic DIFFERENT?
It is essential to be flexible when helping real people accomplish real goals. Some people want to change but do not know where to start. Health/Wellness coaching allows you to learn as you go by providing guidance and tools for success. Some people are not ready to enter the gym and begin an entire workout plan. Your Health/Wellness Coach spends more time with you, answers your questions, and gives you the necessary guidance to ensure your success over time. Once you have grasped the concept, you can begin a workout, rehab, recovery, and nutrition program (see below).
The 6-step system will get you results AND allow you to continue for the rest of your life! It’s perfect for anyone who may just be starting out or not feel comfortable with the app and tracking foods. This is more thorough to help you in all areas.

INCORPORATING WORKOUTS AND NUTRITION
Programming:
The Workout Plans are available online or hybrid (in-person and online) and customized for our team members. Certified personal trainers are in charge of building your plan. You can use the 1st Phorm app or have a custom program built inside our 2BEpic Trainerize App. Programs incorporate a list of exercises and workouts created for your needs (whether in the gym, at home, with or without equipment).
In-person options: Assisted Stretching and flexibility programming
Jodi Watkins, along with her other certifications, is also a certified stretch and flexibility coach. She does in-person rehabilitation and recovery sessions using customized programming that may incorporate assisted stretching, a home program, Theragun massage, and cupping. Your custom program is based on your needs and budget.
What is assisted stretching, and what are the benefits?
Assisted stretching involves a trained practitioner stretching your body at a dedicated facility. The stretches are done manually using the practitioner’s body and other specialized equipment on or off a massage table.
As a certified stretch and flexibility coach, Jodi can now:
Implement stretching techniques safely and effectively
Fully understand the health and fitness professional's role in safe stretching
Add new stretching-related assessments to her skillset
Create personalized stretching programs that clients can implement anywhere
Work with a broader range of clients

What is Cupping Therapy, and What are its Benefits?
Cupping therapy is an ancient Chinese massage method proven to be the best deep-tissue massage available today. How Do We Hold You Accountable?
Your coach receives daily updates to stay in the know about your compliance. She sees when you achieve personal bests, check-in, and complete a workout. You have access to in-app/website messaging as well. The mission is to empower you to be your best self. We work on this together.
But I Need an In-person Trainer…HAVE NO FEAR!
Having the ability to access the workout online gives you complete flexibility. Each movement is made up of exercises accompanied by how-to videos. This takes the guesswork out of it, especially for someone who may not be familiar with specific activities. I work with anyone from beginner to experienced regarding knowledge of machines inside a weight room. Our programs make learning even more effortless. Our team members gain more confidence and see more progress as they continue.
In-person coaching is also available as an add-on bonus or to take over one of the programs you see. We will do whatever it takes to get you healthy. You have to be willing to let us!
Why Nutrition?
Studies have shown that nutrition is at least 85% of goal achievement regarding health. Macronutrient/Flexible Eating Plans are built using specific calculations tailored to certain individual characteristics and goals. Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialists/Coaches perform all calculations and nutrition breakdowns. You will receive your estimates and, in some cases, a sample meal plan to get you started. Team members track their food in a diary (read below) for accountability.
Your coach is certified and experienced to properly educate team members about foods that are more beneficial to the human body and to ultimate goal achievement. You will be taught about the importance of sugar intake (processed versus natural)/fiber, and other micronutrients many overlook. You must download the 1st Phorm app to track your food intake so your coach can mentor you, even more to help you reach your goals. My mission is to help you learn how to get your needs regularly. We are nutrition coaches and offer education, so even if you’re not quite ready for food tracking, we can still guide you on reaching your goals through nutrition. Remember, this is NOT a diet! This is a lifestyle change. You will NOT change overnight. It will take time, patience, and hard work. The great thing is once you learn it, you can continue eating for your body’s needs for
the rest of your life. It is not a temporary solution but a long-term solution. This way of eating is 100% science-based and backed by tons of research.
